2 hvitl\u00f8kfedd
1\/2 r\u00f8d chili
1 ss pizzakrydder eller oregano
3 ss tomatpur\u00e9
2 bokser tomater
1 ts salt
1\/2 ts kanel (kan sl\u00f8yfes)
1 ts kvernet pepper
1 ts brunt sukker<\/p>

Spinattopping:<\/strong>
1 pakke vegansk fl\u00f8te (havrefl\u00f8te eller soyafl\u00f8te)
1 ts n\u00e6ringsgj\u00e6r (kan sl\u00f8yfes)
100 g spinat
1 klype salt
1 ts revet sitronskall

1.<\/strong> Skj\u00e6r aubergine i skiver, og bland dem med to spiseskjeer olivenolje og salt. Skivene ovnsbakes p\u00e5 et stekebrett i 15 minutter p\u00e5 180 grader.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> Stek plantebasert mince etter anvisning p\u00e5 pakken, ca. 3-4 minutter i en varm stekepanne.<\/p>

Tomatsaus:<\/strong>
1.<\/strong> Varm en stekepanne og stek finhakket l\u00f8k, hvitl\u00f8k og chili.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> Etter fem minutter tilsettes pizzakrydder og tomatpur\u00e9. Stek i to minutter til.<\/p>

3.<\/strong> Tilsett tomater, salt, pepper, kanel og sukker. La det hele koke i fem minutter.<\/p>

4.<\/strong> Bland inn ferdigstekt plantebasert mince.<\/p>

Spinattopping:<\/strong>
1.<\/strong> Kok opp plantebasert fl\u00f8te i en liten kasserolle, og tilsett en spiseskje revet sitronskall, n\u00e6ringsgj\u00e6r, salt og litt revet muskatn\u00f8tt.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> Hell den varmen plantefl\u00f8ten over spinaten.<\/p>

Lasagne:<\/strong>
1.<\/strong> Legg pastaplater i en ildfast form. Sm\u00f8r halvparten av tomatsausen utover. Legg halvparten av aubergine og sopp opp\u00e5 tomatsausen. Gjenta prosessen, og avslutt med et lag pastaplater og et lag spinattopping p\u00e5 toppen.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> Bakes i ovn i cirka 20 minutter p\u00e5 180 grader. F\u00f8lg med etter cirka 10-15 minutter, og ta p\u00e5 aluminiumsfolie hvis den brenner seg.<\/p>
